Large modern double room in town centre

Hello,

The double room is in a modern 4-bedroom flat right at the lovely town centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells!

All well-equipped, one large kitchen with 2 big fridges for sharing between the 4 of us, a microwave, an oven. And then of course a calming living room with my little plants (freebies if you’re a fan of these buddies) by the windows facing Camden Road. One big bathroom and another smaller toilet only on the lower floor. Hope the pictures present themselves well!

My room has a large window facing to the rear alley, so a little quieter than the ones with windows fronting to Camden Road (hopefully it’s a plus point). All are furnished. I can leave my work table and chair in the room for your usage at your wish, if not rest assured I’ll donate to a charity nearby! The rest of the furniture items come with the room, what you see is what you get!

Location-wise, it's super convenient:
Camden Road on the doorstep with various independent cozy cafes (love it!), restaurants, takeaways, pubs. Only 1 minute to the lively Calverley Road and Royal Victoria Place - the largest shopping mall in the borough and surrounding towns, with M&S, upcoming Primark (opening in November), Nandos, large-scale Boots, PureGym, and other typical town centre shops, you name it!

The flat has 4 existing tenants, including me, all professionals in their 20-30s. All nice and cool to stay with! We follow our rota to take out the bins and can arrange who buys stuff to share. If you want to have a virtual chat, I’m sure they’ll be happy to see you guys too!

As I'm moving out for a new job, the room will be available from the 1st week of November (likely on the 6th or 7th), so thought of helping my agent - who has been very nice during my 2 years here - to find someone to take up the room!
