The property is currently vacant and so would be suitable if you have a friend for another room too. Any tenant in the property will have a large amount of input on housemates that are to move in to the property. I want to create a great living environment for all!

I am a private (live out) landlord and want to create a chilled out relationship between myself and tenants, where they can reach out with any questions or needs whenever needed.

I am looking preferably for young professionals that will stay for the long term and make the apartment their home, but would consider those who want to stay for a minimum period of 6 months.   I am somewhat flexible on timescales though and would simply ask that if a tenant wished to leave at any point, they find a suitable replacement in order to break their tenancy.
