The bedroom is quiet and overlooks a mature south west facing garden. There is a courtyard and patio area which is accessed via French doors from the kitchen breakfast room to the side of the house.
The house is situated in the St James' area of Tunbridge Wells. It’s within easy walking distance of the town centre and its amenities.
It's a ten minute walk through Grosvenor and Hilbert Park to High Brooms railway station and you can park directly outside the house.
The kitchen is fitted out with a number of German made appliances - washer/dryer, electric double oven, gas hob and extractor hood, dishwasher - and a separate American style fridge freezer.
The rent INCLUDES all bills: Council Tax, Gas and Electricity, Water bills and the TV licence. Super-fast broadband provided by Virgin Media.
