The room is fully furnished with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shared large bath and shower room and free WiFi.

Plenty of on road parking, garden with patio and bbq area in the summer.
The house has a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

We are ideally looking for a professional person, who is clean, tidy and happy to mix in with family life but at the same time respect personal space.
We are a professional couple both working full time but enjoy a glass of wine home cooked food and good banter.
The house is close to all local amenities. Tunbridge Wells main line station is a 10 min drive or the the bus stop is right outside the house.
