Great double room in house with garden, Kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, freezer, washing machine & dryer), living room, bathroom and separate toilet.

The overall house such living room etc is furnished. With a TV which has access to Netflix, amazon video and SKY. The bedroom is part furnished with a desk, drawers and king size bed. If you have your own stuff I could remove it, no problem :)

Access to the centre of Tunbridge wells is a 25min walk or a short bus journey (the buses come every 8mins at the bottom of the road.) There is loads of free on street parking and there is also private parking at the rear of the property. Rusthall is a nice little village with shops, pubs & takeaways etc

Looking for a friendly professional sociable person to rent the room the one room who doesn't mind my throwing a ball for my dog when he brings it to you.

£450 + £100 for all bills, such as council tax, water, gas, electricity, water and WiFi.
You would need to pay a deposit of £550.
