A 3 minute walk to the beach up a windy lane from sandgate high Street, with others lovely coffee shops, pubs, wine and beer bars and lovely vintage clothes shops. A village shop, a friendly community vibe! The room is light and bright with a fab sea view, you have access to a bathroom, share with one person just down the stairs from the room. With a bath and shower. There is use of the kitchen, fridge and washing machine.

I am looking for a quiet lodger to share with myself female and other lodger male. I'm friendly but not into socialising at home. But dont get me wrong im a friendly welcoming person. The ad is for just the room, no lounge included.
