Single Room short or long term

Room has a built in wardrobe 2 x chest of drawers bedside cabinet and a tv, shoe rack, wall mirror , there is a separate utility room with washing machine and there is plenty of free parking but not outside house when I'm cooking if your around there will be enough for you, my 22year old daughter lives with me so female preferred this is a quiet household and location is in a quiet and peaceful road. My cottage is in a ideal location 2 min walk to the town and 10 minutes away is the train station also sandwich bay is within 20 minute walking distance close to Discovery park.
