Nice cottage in Sandwich town centre.

This is a nice place in the middle of Sandwich, available from the start of April.

Although you will be renting a room, you will effectively have the house to yourself, with the exception of 1-2 days a month, when I will stay overnight. In effect, you will have your own kitchen, lounge, dining room and bathroom, with a conservatory/courtyard area.

It is comfortable, clean and well presented, with varnished floorboards and good-sized rooms.

The house is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the shops, pubs and restaurants in Sandwich, as well as the transport links. There is unallocated space for parking at the rear of the house.

Included in the rent is wifi broadband, council tax and water. Electricity and gas bills are not included and are paid at the end of each month after a meter reading. (I pay a contribution towards this if I stay there.)

I am looking for someone who will treat the house as a home and keep it nicely.
