The double room is the largest bedroom in the house (I have the second largest as it has its own ensuite) the room comes with its own private bathroom (Shower/bath/sink and toilet) also an allocated parking space on the driveway.
The house has a dedicated fibre line straight to the house providing 2gb internet there is mesh WifI throughout the house and each room has CAT6 Ethernet cables.
A shared Kitchen with: Airfryers, Gas stove, Microwave.
Ideally I would like someone that works full time(not from home).

I am a work from home fish breeder (the house is full of aquariums for this reason the house is strictly adults only and no smoking)
