Flatshare modern house near Sevenoaks station

Hi My name is Liselotte. I own a 7 bed house in Oakhill Road in Sevenoaks very near to Sevenoaks station and with 5-10minutes walk to Sevenoaks town, cinema, theatre via footpath. My adult children and I live in the main house but I have converted the lower ground into a separate flat. One of the 2 lovely nurses that live there has just had to go back to Poland because of an emergency after having lived here for 21/2 years so I have one large furnished(unfurnished if you wish) double room with own entrance , bathroom, underfloor heating and lots of build in cupboards desk etc. available. You will be sharing a modern very clean kitchen with the lovely polish nurse who still lives here. There is a new washer/dryer and french doors to a a beautiful secluded large garden which we all share. Price is £ 600 per month including all bills including fast broadband..
