Double Room 5 minutes walk Bat & Ball station

Double room in flat (ground floor). Flat situated on a main road (20 minutes walk to Sevenoaks High Street) but view from room is on to a quiet street. The flat would not suit a woman as it's a bit shabby (hence cheap price) but it's clean and dry. It is fully furnished.

I don't want a deposit as I rent the flat (have been here 15 years) and just want somebody to share the cost of living here and of course replace anything you break. It's £420 inclusive which means you will NOT be paying council tax, T. V. licence, electricity (there is no gas) or water bills. I have fibre broadband.

The landlord is lovely and only arrives, when asked, if something needs fixing.

If you are divorced and want a child to stay over on a regular basis, that's okay, BUT I won't entertain any pets .
