Large (25 Sq. Meter) Room In Beautiful House

I have a large (25 sq. meters) double aspect double room on the 2nd floor of my 5 bed detached house with large garden in central Sevenoaks. The room is offered at £750 per month with all utilities included plus a cleaner every fortnight.

There is a private bathroom on the same floor as the room that is shared only with the one other room on the floor. The room is furnished with a double bed, bed side, desk, chair and clothes rack, but can be offered unfurnished if required.

Sevenoaks Station is a 15 min walk and Bat & Ball Station is a 3 mins walk. Both stations have excellent connectivity, with frequent trains running into London.

There is only one other occupants in the property are me (ie. landlord) and one other tenant who is taking the other room on the floor.

Looking for a very neat housemate who can treat the property like it were their own.
