Hey, looking for a flatmate to share a two bed flat on London Road, Sevenoaks (<5 min walk from Sevenoaks Railway Station). Super convenient to get into London Bridge or as a base to commute further out.

I'm advertising a double bedroom with an en-suite. It can come furnished or unfurnished (landlord flexible). There is a shared kitchen and living area with a private garden. The room has an allocated parking space on the driveway. Rent is 700pcm excluding all bills and it is in council tax band B.

I work fulltime in a job that includes shift work. I'm laid back and sociable, and looking for a flatmate that's the same!
