Perfectly located in the heart of Sevenoaks with easy walking distance to the railway station (10 min walk) and all local amenities, including Sevenoaks School and Knole Park. Perfect for commuting to London or elsewhere in Kent for work.

Parking is available on street but it does require a resident parking permit that must be purchased from the council at your own cost.

Warm, clean and friendly household consisting of myself and my son. We both work full time locally and don’t work from home.
