A comfortable double room is available to rent in a modern 2-bedroom flat in Dunton Green. The room comes with all bills included in the £1,000 monthly rent (electricity, water, gas, plus Netflix). The flat is located on the middle floor and has one shared bathroom.
You’ll be living with a friendly couple whose hobbies include football, the gym, and occasional socialising. We’re early sleepers and early risers, so we’re ideally looking for someone with a similar routine. We keep the flat clean and tidy, so we ask that you’re someone who is considerate and cleans up after yourself.
