Bright Double Room in Friendly Home - Sevenoaks

I'm a reasonably fit recently widowed pensioner looking for company and a friendly, considerate lodger to share my comfortable 2-bed semi near Sevenoaks. I enjoy good company, a chat over a cup of tea, and the occasional shared meal, while still respecting privacy.
I play golf at least twice a week so am often out during the daytime
The home is best suited preferably to a considerate female lodger, and as we will be sharing living areas, I'd prefer a female lodger due to previous positive experience of living with female company
