We have a large double room with en-suite available, in an all female, friendly household.

The rooms are very spacious. They're fully furnished and come with TV and WiFi.

You can share our homely living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, garden and patio.

We have two toilets and two bathrooms, so we won't be held up for the loo!

There is plenty of parking to the side and in front of the house.

We have dogs staying at times; so a housemate used to large dogs would be advisable.

As it's already an all female household we would prefer a FEMALE housemate.

We are a chilled household and will make our house sharer feel welcome and at home.

We are located a 20 min walk from the Sevenoaks station and only a 5 min walk from the Bat and Ball station. You can also walk to the town centre in 20 mins.

Bus routes and a sainsbury local are also only minutes away.

The M25 is only 7 mins away.
