Bills excluded: energy (gas & electricity); shared evenly by 3 on monthly basis.
Energy bils vary depending on how much energy we actually use. At the beginning of each month the bill print-out is on the table for everyone to view and we all share.
If you are away for 4 days or more, there will be an appropriate deduction to your energy bill share. It's been working really well so far. No disputes, no misunderstandings.
The estimated monthly energy bills:
Late spring/summer/early autumn - £30-£50/month/person. Late autumn/winter/early spring - £50-£90/month/person.
Kitchen is properly equipped with plenty of storage room for all, gas kitchen, electric oven, 2 fridges (1 just for you), freezer, new 8kg capacity washing machine, new boiler.
We are full-time working, quiet, privacy respecting, non-biased and open-minded christian catholic household, getting along with pretty much anybody who values peaceful and respectful home environment.
Flat is located in a quiet residential street.
Off-street parking is available (parking permit to be obtained from the council - approx. cost £40/year).
Very close to:
-Railway station (3 mins walk)
-Excellent quality take-away kebab outlets (5mins walk)
-Supermarket (6 mins walk)
-High street with theatre/cinema, shops, pubs and restaurants (10 mins walk)
-Gym/swimming pool/library (12 mins walk)
-Beautiful Knole park with stunning medieval castle and many deer herds (15 mins walk)
No couples, no pets, please.
Smoking outside only.
Professionals preferred.
Minimum stay 2 months.
Availability of the room - the 10th of November 2023.
The person who is vacating the room has been living with us since October 2019.
Reason for leaving - relocation back to their home country.
After our current lodger's move-out some new pieces of furniture will be introduced, (due to wear and tear), so you may be the lucky one who will be enjoying brand new:
-Single bed
-Memory foam mattress
-Sofa (2 seater)
-Coffee table
-Desk
