The bedroom is furnished with a high quality double sofa bed. You would have shared use of the bathroom (next door), with toilet, basin, bath and shower.
Easy walking distance to Dunton Green station (less than 10 minutes) and local shops. Close to Sevenoaks and London is just 40 mins by train, so suits commuting.
You’d be sharing the kitchen, lounge and small garden and there is free parking available nearby.
We also have access to a well-equipped gym and I have full fibre WiFi.
