Large bright double room (4m x 2.6 m) for rent in a shared terrace house. primary tenant in situ, brother in law owns house so maintenance no problem. Professional, Counsellor/Services manager. Good fun, but no nonsense, start early, bed early and work hard in the middle, so if you are looking for a party house move along. If you are conscientious, prepared to muck in and do your bit to keep the house clean and tidy and a nice space to live in and want a fun, warm, chilled place to hang your hat and wind down after a tough day, debate life, the universe and everything or just chill in your room, maybe this is the place. No drug use tolerated, moderate drinker OK , Smoking outside only (I smoke occasionally but rarely). On street parking. 1 shared bathroom with bath and shower. House still being updated (mostly small jobs remaining and front external). New kitchen recently fitted , new bathroom currently being fitted(just a tiny bit of finishing left). Cosy living/dining room with wood burner which you are welcome to enjoy. Nice courtyard garden (warm, south facing) great for chilling from spring through Autumn. Animal lover required, I have 2 young friendly cats whom I would like you to be ok with looking after when i'm away (which is not very often), obviously agreed before hand and/or OK with neighbour popping in to feed them.
