Fully furnished, centrally heated, use of bathroom, kitchen & washing machine. There is a 42" flat screen tv with Freesat box and DVD player/recorder. Though these are not part of the rent, but can be used. Very comfortable and spacious.

This room is for single occupancy only, no couples, children or other staying guests.

Rent will cover bills and utilities within the home. Communal areas to share cleaning.
