We are a busy , friendly easy going family, with one teenager and lots of space.
The house is big and the flat is in the basement - so it’s very quiet and cool in summer! You still get to share the laundry as the flat is still part of the house, no separate front door.
We’re very friendly and we operate on trust, so we maintain safety by not allowing guests.
The flat has just been renovated; newly decorated, new carpet and bed. There’s a bedroom, a snug, a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and study/storage area. Everything in our home is finished to a high standard and it’s a luxury place to live.
In addition - the gas, Wi-Fi, water bills are included and laundry - you just have a metre for the electricity which you use. We have super fast broadband. There’s loads of space on the drive for a car, and we are right in the hub of everything - 2 mins from high street and 10 mins from station.
If you want a safe home, where there’s always someone in; they’re not going to get in your way, but are there of you need someone, and you like the idea of being part of a family in the hub of Sidcup then contact us. Sorry but we can’t accommodate people who are now ‘working from home’.
