Student room available in Sidcup

We have a home within walking distance to Sidcup high street and about a 10 min walk to Sidcup station . We are looking for a female student to rent a room in a large 4 bed house with a husband & wife and a 22 year old son living there. The candidate must be clean & tidy and able to entertain themselves . There is Kitchen/diner and bathroom facilities and a lovely garden to enjoy . We do have a a pet dog that is very friendly .
