2 bedroom flat buddy up

Hi there
I'm renting out a flat on Blackfen road from 1st of Marc, Property has 2 decent size double bedroom, big living room, big balcony opens from the Livingroom, toilet and bath separate, kitchen
Recently going the complete refurbishing , already in the finishing stage
new kitchen furniture and appliances, freshly plastered walls everywhere, new carpet, new electrical wiring lighting switches, bathroom completely new with corner bath, brand new doors, new combi boiler and radiators so everything new there
will be done by end of the first week of March so ready to move in the big "master bedroom" from 15th of March
I do not want to make any money on the property just split in 2 the rent and all bills,
I will upload few pictures, the works still going so not fully done but u can get some rough ideas about the property
