Large Room 10 Mins From Sidcup Station!!

Hi Everyone! We are currently looking for a new housemate to join our friendly, family-vibe flat share in prime location Sidcup.
We are 2 girls aged 26 and 33, one boy aged 29.
Ideally we are looking for another female or gay male, as that’s the current dynamic and what works best for us as a flat - however for us it’s all about living in supportive, trustworthy and friendly environment, so whatever clicks!
We do not have a living room, however we love to socialise and have the odd meal together in our kitchen (As well as the occasional kitchen party too!)
We are looking for someone interested in a long term let (ideally 1 year min) and sadly we cannot accept couples.
Cleanliness is of BIG importance to us as a flat, so we are seeking someone who appreciates a clean bathroom and a well hoovered floor!

All bills are included - excluding council tax which works out around £39 PP a month.
