Summer Let - Whole Property!

Looking to rent my flat out temporarily, from June-September! Rental price is inclusive of all bills. The flat is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom however my room is an en-suite and will be locked for the period, happy to store any furniture for the duration in my room should you require this. There is one main bedroom, bathroom and kitchen living room/diner. It’s first floor with a balcony, mortgage approved and contract can be provided.
