We have a light and airy, furnished double room in Sidcup- a short walk from Sidcup Station with direct easy routes to London.

The bedroom is furnished with the following:
-Double bed and brand new mattress
-Large mirror (not shown in pic-not on wall yet)

-Double wardrobe (not in pic, arriving soon)

We are looking for a nice, friendly, like minded individual to share the home with my current flat mate. She’s a bubbly young professional who is sociable and chatty but respectful of personal space. She is looking forward to finding a flat mate with the same outlook on shared living including helping to keep the flat clean/tidy.

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living room with a large balcony at the back. There are small communal gardens at the front. There is a newly refurbished medium sized bathroom with a very large shower (no bath).

Rent is: £775 all bills included, per calendar month.

Bills include:
-Council tax (Band C)
-TV Licence
-Broadband (WIFI)
-Electricity

The flat is conveniently situated a mere 5 min walk from Sidcup train station in Zone 5. Trains run approx every 10-15 mins into central London (Waterloo East, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street- Bank).
