- A shared downstairs toilet, small lounge area, kitchen and utility area (washing machine/dryer) are on the ground floor.

As this is maisonette style, there is another flat on the ground floor that you share the front door entrance with only.

Please note that the ground floor tenants also have two small sized dogs, so interested tenants must be okay with this.

Parking is not included as the drive is used by the downstairs tenants however, you can park down the road for free.

The area itself is lovely and quiet, very green and residential and is close to parks so it is great for walks and runs.

It is a 5 or 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop depending on which one you walk to
There is a small parade of shops around 5 min walk away

Albany park train station is 10-15 mins walk away which is around 30 mins into Central London
