Shared open plan living room and kitchen space.

Location is next to the train station with services into London Bridge, Cannon St and Lewisham.

Please note this is for a short term period only as I will be relocating in April 2025. All bills included within the cost noted (water, electric, council tax, wi-fi, heating and hot water).

This is a quiet residential building and this must be respected. No pets allowed. I would ideally like someone who keeps the space very clean and tidy, this will be quite important.
Please no couples/ no children for the above reasons.
