- Shared open plan living room and kitchen space.

Location is next to the train station with services into London Bridge, Cannon St and Lewisham.

All bills included within the cost noted (water, electric, council tax, wi-fi, heating and hot water).

This is a quiet residential building and this must be respected. No pets allowed. Must be able to keep the space very clean and tidy, this will be quite important.

No couples/ no children/no smoking.
