Furnished Double room to let in our 4-bedroom town house within very easy walking distance to Sidcup High Street and transport with buses to take you down to the train station which takes approximately 10 minutes. The station is about a15 min walk or 5 minutes on local bus.
Inside the house, downstairs is the lounge, kitchen (fully equipped) and toilet with a nice garden (with garden furniture). The house has BT Fibre WIFI included in the price. All energy bills included.
Upstairs on the first floor double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, shared bathroom with bath and shower.
Overall, the house is very comfortable with gas central heating, combi boiler, so lots of hot water, the house has own parking space and is opposite a field which gets a lot of sunshine.
The ideal person is a professional ideally who’s out at work during the day and who doesn’t want to do very much cooking as the kitchen is small! The house is on the market so this is available until the house is sold - 6-8 months ***
