Lovely room available in quiet house

My spare room is available, it’s a double size but currently has a single bed with pullout trundle to allow more floor space! Therefore I’m only looking for a single room rate, but could provide a double bed for a long term tenant.

Detached house with garden on a quiet road, close to the high street and train station. I have two small friendly dogs and a cat so it’s essential that you like animals.

I split my time working from home as a beauty therapist and massage therapist, and work in London. I am home most evenings but just read or watch tv (I can put a tv in your room if you’d like), happy to chat but equally happy to give you your space. I have two reception rooms and a garden room that I work from.
