Modern, furnished room - 5 min from Sidcup highstr

I’m a languages teacher at a local school looking to rent out my spare room in my 2 bedroom flat. The room gets a lot of light and comes furnished with a bed (can be modified to be single or double) and a desk.

It is a top floor flat in a 3 storey building, 5 mins walk from Sidcup highstreet and a 15 mins walk from Sidcup train station.

I have an extremely friendly and cuddly cavapoo dog so the person I rent to would have to like dogs! As I work during day, it’d be nice to have someone who WFH who could keep him company.

I’m looking for a fellow professional because although I am social, I do appreciate sleep and a calm household! I’m tidy and don’t like clutter so I’m looking for someone who is also similar.
