Large Double Room

I have a large double room for rent in a nice, clean house, a minute's walk from Sidcup High Street and a ten-minute walk to Sidcup Station.

The room is a good size and already has furniture in it, including a double bed.

I have recently moved back to live with my elderly mum, and I have rented out the downstairs front room to a lady and am looking for another person to rent the double room upstairs.

The kitchen has all the usual appliances that you can use: microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, etc..

The garage has a washing machine that you can use.

There is a dining room which you can use, and is furnished.
