I’m the live-in owner and I’m looking for clean, respectful and professional lodgers who are looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home rather than a typical house share.

The two available rooms are on the same floor and share their own modern family bathroom, which would be used exclusively by the two lodgers. I have my own separate en-suite, so you won’t need to share the bathroom with the owner.

There is also a separate WC downstairs.

Rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband, subject to reasonable usage.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, reliable and respectful of the house and other people living there. This is a relaxed home rather than a party house.

Minimum stay: 6 months. Long-term stays welcome.
