Very large, sunny and bright double room

I have a very large double room to rent in my flat. The room is fully furnished, you will need to supply your own bedding though. The price includes bills. I am looking for long term rather than short term.

I am a 7 minute walk from the station and a 5 minute walk from the main high street in Sidcup which has a large Morrisons, Co-op, Tesco Metro and Waitrose.

There is broadband and washing machine for use. There bathroom with shower and bath and separate WC. There is a communal outside area which is glorious when the sun is out!

I am an easy going person and like to think I am rather amiable. I work fulltime in London as a legal secretary. I do have a 10 year old son.

Please no time wasters only genuine people who are looking for somewhere to live and who are clean and considerate.
