Looking for a lodger for a spacious one double bedroom flat with beautiful living room and built in wardrobe in a flat situated in a beautiful and very peaceful location on sidcup, one of London's most beautiful neighborhoods.

You will have exclusive use of the flat , as I stay in outside London, returning only on every 5 month for single day stay to be honest it is highly unlikely that i will come to London every 5 month.

The property comprises of a large living room, modern kitchen and bathroom as well as plenty of storage space and balcony.

There is no WIFI at the moment but it will be avilable from october and everything in the flat is brand new (fridge, cooker ,washing machine, bed, mattress, sofa, table etc)
brand new bedding will be provided, as well as crockery, cutlery and other bits and pieces.

Transport:
- sidcup train station (southeastern railway) are 10 minutes away - a regular train service takes you from there to central London in 20/25 minutes (Charing Cross, London Bridge, Waterloo East, Cannon Street or Victoria Station);

- short walk to bus stops including overnight buses from / to London

10 to 15 min walk to greewich university (avery hill campus) and rosebruford college
