Family relocated overseas, hence the house became too big for me. Looking for a clean, nice and easy going person to rent a room.

Furnished, bright and good size room, with have fitted cupboard.

Location / Transport;
The house is equal distance to Sidcup and new eltham,
bus 286 goes from the end of the street to cutty sark in one direction, and to queen Mary in the other direction.
Sidcup( zone 5) and new eltham ( zone 4) is 20 - 30 minutes to London Bridge.
Approx 10 minutes drive to join m25

Amenities;
Walkable distance to local shops, restaurants, doctor surgery, lots of good parks around.

House facilities:
communal dinner room, unlimited wifi internet, good backyard

Neighbourhood:
Nice and good neighbours.
