We have a lovely, spacious double room available in Sidcup, offering a comfortable and modern place to live in a friendly family home.

The house has been recently renovated throughout and has two bathrooms, a separate laundry room and a fantastic garden, which we are currently transforming into a great outdoor space. There is already a hot tub to enjoy!

The home

We are a family with two teenagers who spend half of their time with their father, and we also have two friendly cats. We’re looking for a professional who is clean, considerate, independent and easy-going, and who is happy living in a family home with teenagers and pets.

Great location

The location is ideal for commuters, with both Sidcup and New Eltham stations around a 15-minute walk away. There are also excellent local bus connections to Greenwich the 286 and Woolwich the 51 and from there you can connect onto the Elizabeth Line

Everything you need is right on your doorstep, with a supermarket, cafés and a great choice of local restaurants just a 2-minute walk away. The Sidcup Leisure Centre, with its swimming pool and gym, is only a 10-minute walk, while Goldex Ladies Gym is around 15 minutes away. Perfectly located for convenience, fitness and enjoying everything Sidcup has to offer.

The house is situated on a quiet, safe and friendly residential road, with plenty of green spaces nearby for walking, relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
