There is a 3 piece bathroom suite on each floor (3 in total) with humidity controlled extractors, heated towel radiators bath & shower screens.

The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and tower freezer. The fitted kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, tower fridge & under counter fridge and dishwasher, microwave and plenty of storage cupboards.

There is a furnished communal lounge with sofa's dining table and wall mounted TV.

All bills are included and there is a cleaner every 2 weeks for all communal areas within the house which is professionally managed.

The property is just off the high street on Park Road in a perfect location for every amenity including shops, restaurants and a quick walk to the train station.
