Single room available

So quick overview of the home as living here has to be right for you as well as me. I live here along with my partner. Also another guy who rents the double room out too! Generally speaking it is quite a relaxed place to live but I do often enjoy friends round at the weekend aswel (especially during the summer). I look for tenant's that are generally quite sociable and enjoyable to be around (makes living in the same house easier).

The offering of the single room is the main bathroom with a daybed that pulls in to a double bed, triple wardrobe and has a TV in the room sky available for extra cost

The room will be paid via standing order at a time suitable to you each month. This pays for the room, bathroom, use of washing machine/dryer, basic food and WIFI. As I am sure you are aware, like any rental I charge a month upfront and a month as deposit. You will get the deposit back at the end though assuming nothing is broken or damaged.

I have use of my own en-suite so I don't use the main bathroom and there's also a toilet downstairs aswel. It's a new build property and I've recently fully redecorated again to freshen it up

We can go over basic ground rules at a later stage if you are interested but essentially as long as you keep everything clean, tidy and are respectable then there shouldn't be any problem.. My self and any tenant living here won't be smoking in the house
