House is 20 minutes' walk from town centre and train station.
1 minute from Tesco Express, chinese take-away, fish and chip shop, large family pub and chemist.
Would be ideal for anyone working in Sittingbourne or nearby, as the main A249 is only a 2 minute drive from my house (M2 a 5 minute drive away).
I have set 6 months as the maximum duration but this is so that we can make sure we get on, in which case this can be extended.
All I ask is that you are clean, tidy, considerate and respectful towards myself and my cat, even if you are not a lover of cats.
