Lovely double room near A249 and shops.

MON-FRI only (4 nights).
Double room in new house (only 9 years old) on a lovely new housing estate. You will have your own bathroom with an in-built shower.
Own parking space available.
House is 20 minutes' walk from town centre and train station.
1 minute from Onestop local grocery store, chinese take-away, fish and chip shop, large pub and chemist.
Would be ideal for anyone working in Sittingbourne or nearby as the main A249 is only a 2 minute drive from my house (M2 a 5 minute drive away).
I have set 6 months as the maximum duration but this is so that we can make sure we get on, in which case this can be extended.
I would consider any stays of less than 4 nights per week if needed (£25 per night).
All I ask is that you are clean, tidy, considerate and respectful towards myself and my 2 cats, even if you are not a lover of cats.
