We are pleased to be able to offer one of our largest rooms in our stunning new house share in Sittingbourne. The house has recently had a full renovation to the highest standards, and we anticipate it to be in high demand, so be quick. The house is 10 minutes walk from Sittingbourne train station and 2 minutes from the town centre, with easy access to the A2 and plenty of on street parking. The Kings Ferry Coach Service to London stops close by and there is a supermarket within 2 minutes walk.

The property has 7 bedrooms, five en-suite with the remaining two sharing a Shower room.

We currently have 1 of our en-suite rooms available, every room is a single occupancy bedroom, fully furnished, including a desk and chair. This particular room has its own small kitchenette. There is high speed Virgin Wi-Fi throughout the property and a megaflow water system to ensure plenty of hot water. Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and full length mirror.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, hobs, ovens and sinks with a microwave and washing machine and separate dryer. The property has a separate living room with dining table and chairs to seat six and a sofa to relax and watch TV. The property also benefits from a decked area with large garden.

The rent is inclusive of bills including all utilities, WIFI and council tax. The communal areas of the property are cleaned fortnightly.

The house is licensed to meet all safety regulations.
