You’ll have access to our shared main entrance, giving you access to your own completely private flat, complete with kitchen, bathroom, living room space and double bed. The studio is furnished with a double bed (incl. ottoman storage and a new mattress), a double wardrobe, a sofa, TV and all the usual facilities! The bathroom is entirely private and for your exclusive use, consisting of a large shower, sink and toilet. A must see, don’t hesitate to get in touch to arrange a viewing! We are a couple of doors down from Reynolds Gym and a walking distance to Sittingbourne town centre! The rent is £900 for single occupancy or £1,000 for couples. Note, this is a non smoking flat.
