A double room available from the 9th December in a shared house in Sittingbourne. £700 per month including all the bills. The property has 3 other tenants.

The property is close to the supermarkets/shops & the town/station are only a 10 min walk away. There is also free on street parking. The train station has buses to the Kent Science Park. The motorway access is very good too with access to the A2, A249, M2 & M20 all very close by.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, drawers & wardrobe. The rent covers all bills (gas/electric/council tax/water/internet). There is also a TV point in the room & fast Virgin WIFI Broadband is throughout the property.

There is a shared kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezers, oven, hobs, microwave, washing machine, crockery and all cooking utensils etc).

A cleaner cleans the shared areas once a week & a gardener looks after the large shared garden. I am looking for conscientious, clean and respectful tenant.

The contract is for 6 months minimum, with then a 1 months notice period thereafter.

A refundable deposit of £250 is required to take the room.
