Double room to rent

We are looking for a female to rent our Double room in our house . Room is furnished with a new double bed single wardrobe and chest drawers two bed side cabinets, tv on the wall , not long decorated. At present we are doing up our house so it would be a shared bathroom which we all consider each other in the mornings , we are in process of renovating a new bathroom downstairs so eventually we will have a shower room extra toilet and sink,. we have a spare cupboard for food in kitchen and a spare freezer and fridge you can use. .we are also doing up our dining room and lounge so at present they are not done we watch television and relax in our rooms but these will be done eventually there is a table you can sit at to eat your meals if you wanted to. We are looking for someone ideally who is tidy clean and polite, and works hard like we all do, maybe a carer who works nights . A few of us are into fitness so a bonus if anyone likes fitness. We have two cats and a kitten so we must find someone who likes cats. Our previous housemates were happy here and then they went on to buy their own homes . You can always come and view before and meet us all, we have a small garden which is nice and relaxing in warm weather. I’ve put a photo of the bathroom And kitchen and bedroom can offer bedding as well but if you wish to have your own that is fine too .
