Double room to rent

A clean Double room to rent in our house . Room is furnished with a new double bed single wardrobe and chest drawers two bed side cabinets, tv on wall , not long decorated. At present we are doing up our house so it would be a shared bathroom which we al consider each other we are in process of renovating a new bathroom downstairs so eventually we will have a shower room extra toilet and sink, we have a spare cupboard for food in kitchen and a spare freezer and fridge you can use .we are also doing up our dining room and lounge so at present they are not done we watch television and relax in our rooms but these will be done eventually if we found a tenant who would like to stay with us . We are looking for someone who is tidy clean and polite a few of us are into fitness so a bonus if anyone likes fitness. We have two cats abs a kitten so we must find someone who looked cats . We are ideally looking for someone who works full time maybe nights or a Carer. We are all friends and had housemates before who were very happy and went on to buy their own homes . You can always come and view before and meet us all we have a small garden but it’s nice we have a hot tub too which can be used if you wanted to use it sometimes. We are in process of putting the new bed together so I have took some pictures of room with furniture not altogether at the moment.
