The area is lovely- very quiet and rarely see any neighbours apart from my lovely elderly neighbours downstairs so it's a must the person is considering and respectful. About 5 mins drive to the Sittingbourne town. Can be walkable too.

I have decided to rent out my spare room now, as it is a shame to go to waste. I have never had a house mate before - but excited at trying it out and helping others too. I am ideally looking for a female and someone who is responsible and respectable to me and my house. I'll be working most days but there in evenings and weekends.
