The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, hobs, ovens and sinks with a microwave and washer / dryer. The property has a separate living room with dining table and chairs to seat six and a sofa to relax and watch TV. The property also benefits from a patio with large garden.

The rent is inclusive of bills including all utilities, wifi and council tax. The communal areas of the property are cleaned fortnightly.
