Nice double room in big victorian house

Hi there,

Double room available from August 2014 in a 3-bedroom house. It's an easygoing household. The house is 10-min walk to town centre and station. Quiet nice big garden at the back. Quiet cul-de-sac street so parking always available. Quite large living room, dining room and kitchen as part of the shared accomodations. No ensuite but we have two bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, so no-one ever queue to get in in the morning.
Rent includes electricity/gaz/water/council tax/TV-broadband bundle, but not phone.

Looking for someone considerate, clean and tidy who can be sociable and independant. Someone who would be willing to share an odd meal but not expecting to share all the meals with me. Ideally someone who want to feel at home rather than just rent a room.
