Hi, I am a live out landlord who has a small single room available for £600 per month inc all bills. The tenant will have access to a shower room shared by only 1 other person.

The property is close to the supermarkets/shops & the town/train station are only a 10 min walk away. There is also free on street parking. The train station has buses to the Kent Science Park. The motorway access is very good too with access to the A2, A249, M2 & M20 all very close by.

The room comes furnished with a single bed, drawers & wardrobe.

The rent covers all bills (gas/electric/council tax/water/internet). There is also a TV point in the room & fast Virgin WIFI Broadband is throughout the property.

There is also a shared kitchen downstairs fully equipped with fridge/freezers, oven, hobs, microwave, washing machine, crockery and all cooking utensils etc).

A cleaner cleans the shared areas once a week & a gardener looks after the large shared garden.

I am looking for conscientious, clean and respectful tenant.

A standard deposit and 1 month notice period is required/given.
