Connecting bedroom and sitting room, own bathroom

Two large connecting rooms, one bedroom and one sitting room with own bathroom, in a Tudor house with many original features. The main dining room is shared but you have your own private sitting room with a fridge freezer, microwave and television. Use of large well appointed kitchen with dishwasher where you are allocated your own cupboard and more freezer space if needed. The dining room is in the Georgian part of the house next to the kitchen. The fridge freezer and microwave in your own sitting room means that, apart from cooking, there is more privacy if preferred.

Gardening is my hobby so I encourage others to enjoy it too for sitting and BBQs.

We do have a dog who loves everybody and will greet you. He is not allowed upstairs and he knows!

Situated close to A249, bus stops, railways station and shops for your convenience. All communal areas are clean and welcoming and there is definitely a friendly atmosphere.
